WELCOME TO BARDYKES FARM

Nursery Application Form

We have age 2-5 availability for 2026/27 academic year.
We also have baby room spaces avaiable for those aged 0-2.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes to complete our online application form ...

Once you have submitted the form, please email a copy of the child's birth certificate and 2 proofs of address and 1 form of photographic ID to bardykesfarmnurseryschool@outlook.com then we will be in touch to discuss availability and next steps.

Please note no spaces at the nursery will be held until you have paid the registration fee (£80) and agreed to a contract with the Nursery Manager.
