Nursery Application Form

Our 2025/26 and 2026/27 sessions are currently full for our 2 - 5 years provision. If you would like to continue with your child's application, you will be added to a waiting list at this time.
We have limited baby room space available for those currently under 6 months old.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes to complete our online application form ... 

Once you have submitted the form, please email a copy of the child's birth certificate and 2 proofs of address and 1 form of photographic ID to bardykesfarmnurseryschool@outlook.com then we will be in touch to discuss availability and next steps. 

Please note no spaces at the nursery will be held until you have paid the registration fee (£70) and agreed to a contract with the Nursery Manager.
