We are expanding the team at Bardykes Farm. If you are childcare qualified, have a passion for the natural world around us, are ready to fully embrace outdoor learning in all seasons, love animals and would like to grow your own food in the garden - this might just be the perfect opportunity you’ve been waiting for! 

We are looking for experienced practitioners to; 
- be key workers out on the farm teaching the CFE through nature and our animals 
- maximise our sustainability to reduce our carbon footprint 
- prepare food we grow to serve to the children 

We are also happy to support young people keen to start an apprenticeship.
